Simply stated these terms refer to whether you will be installing your window
coverings inside or outside the window opening. Inside mount means the
blind or shade will be installed within the recessed area of your window
opening. Outside mount means the blinds or shades will be installed on
the wall surface outside the window opening, or directly on the trim or
molding that surrounds the perimeter of the window opening, or on a

Yes, you will need a certain amount of depth in order to install a blind or
shade within the recessed area of your window opening. This amount

All of our products are custom-made and production time averages from 3-10
business days, starting the business day after we receive your order. Most orders will be installed
within 2 – 2 ½ weeks after the order is placed.
All products carry a limited lifetime warranty. We will repair or replace
any product due to workroom error so long as the product is not misused
and abused. Replacement must be for the same window as the original
Q. Do You Offer Rush Orders On Blinds And Shutters?
Rush orders are available for 10% more. We do not offer one-day production on all our products for one reason: quality. While we understand you are anxious for your blinds or shutters, we also understand you want quality window coverings. We have not met a customer yet that would prefer a sub standard quality blind or shutter two days before a top quality window covering. Ask yourself this; if a company promises to get your blinds made by the end of business today how much attention can the manufacturer be paying to quality? We believe we have found an equal balance of prompt service while maintaining top quality production standards.
Q. How Are Blind And Shutter Repairs Handled?
Q. Can I return my window treatment if I am unhappy with it?
All blind and shutter repairs are handled on a per issue basis. Because of the superior quality of our window coverings, repairs are not a common occurrence. You can contact our customer service department to arrange warranty repairs through the manufacturer.
Because every product is custom made, we cannot allow straight returns.
However, if you are unhappy with your product, we will remake or repair
it if it's due to workroom error. If you’re just unhappy with your
selection, we can offer you up to 50% off a different item. Our
philosophy is simple – if you are not happy with the product, we will
work with you until you are.
